Applied Mathematician with a specialization on Systems Analysis, MBA and PHD(c) Humanistic Studies; Science, Technology and Society; research subject: Future of Work by 2050.

Néstor started his career automating manufacturing plants at DuPont then Accenture, he researched on Artificial Intelligence at Argentine Society of Computer Science and Operational Research, Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Brain Simulation Group. He also developed Data Science at Wunderman in Buenos Aires and then Latam (he became CEO of México Office). Lately he is working on Digital Transformation at Tecnologico de Monterrey where he coordinates a diploma and lecture two modules: Digital Transformation Strategy and Platform Business Models. He also teaches Future of Work at Panamerican Business School at Center America. He lectures at ENAE Business School (Spain) and IEBS where he is Global Director of the Executive Digital Transformation Program. He is partner Future Work Skills Academy (Australia) and lecturer at Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), International Advertising Bureau Mexico (IABmx), ISDI and Universidad del Salvador in Argentina. He was former president of the Mexican Asoc. of Direct and Interactive Marketing and board member of IABmx (also president of Research Committee). Autor Homo Singularis the evolution of gene, and co-author Best Marketing (AMDIA Argentina). Néstor provided advice in his career to Ford, Banamex/Citi, Ahold/Disco, Diageo, Microsoft, Movistar, BBVA, Walmart, Whirlpool, Mapfre, AXA and many more.

I’m inspired by science, politics, literature, science fiction, human behavior. In general everything inspires me that has to do with the future of humanity in particular work. I’m also inspired to fight against the huge differences between those who have more and those who have less.

I’m in favor of peer-to-peer, open, free, smart, collaborative, utopian and strategic conversations. I’m looking for those relationships truly win-win-win (people, other species and planet). I want to work in synchrony with other team human members.
