Donna Patricia Ann Eiby, MBA

Donna Eiby, MBA is an educator with a passion for enabling humans to find purpose and fulfillment in work. Obtaining an MBA from the Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick, Donna has had a career in the military, worked on billion-dollar projects, and has a number of academic degrees with a research focus on the intention of employers to train their workforce in what she calls “uniquely human skills.” Donna currently serves as the Academic & Creative Director of the Future Work Skills Academy, the first of its kind to offer training in skills future workers will need, such as problem-solving, creativity, empathy, and insight.

With education underpinning her life, Donna’s deep understanding of the value of the skills that make people human arises not only from her personal experience as her own “case study” but also through rigorous research. Donna’s vehicle for doing this is the co-creation and curation of programs designed to bring a 20th-century workforce into the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world of today with a laser-sharp focus on championing the celebration of all that makes humans unique. As a “future of work” aficionado, Donna explores the value of learnable skills and busts their accompanying myths both in the context of our success as individuals as well as in today’s world of business and human capital.
